Chicken and rice:
Spatchcock a chicken.
Marinate in the following:
2 cups tropical fruit juice.
½ cup soy.
¼ cup rice wine.
1 tablespoon French four herbs.
Roast directly on oven rack or barbecue in the charcoal webber.
Under the chicken have a roasting pan of root vegetables.
Alternatively roasting pan with the following:
4 cup water.
2 cups rice.
½ cup white wine.
1 packet of chicken necks.
