Exactly, those are moves that can only happen after (call it exactly simultaneously) with exercise of PE. Nothing can happen, No-one can enter the room, so to speak.. unless FAR and/or CNE exercise PE.
Of course.. what is meant when you say "once the deal is settled"... Is that not what I've stated in previous post??
In fact.. getting really technical... once the PE's (barring a "backroom deal with WPL) are "signed and delivered.. anyone, for that matter, can enter the arena..
