Theres a couple of possible scenarios with whats happenning at the moment but one thing is for certain and that is that the capper at .097 and .098 has an agenda to keep the price down below the cr price and in so limit the ammount of people who subscribe to the offer.Thus in theory leaving the extras for them to grab and the attaching options and yes as stated I believe the capper has more information than most and knows he wont get caught out by big announcements.IMO probably the holder of the first 600k placement, and looking to get a major stake in Mantle at a massively cheap price when taking into account all the attached options.You dont need to be a genius to work out the massive upside for this play if mantle then achieves goals and the sp heads skyward.
