Yes,
1. reward personnel with reasonable annual salary increases as opposed to simply issuing 100s million freebee options exercizeable at ridiculous low strike prices over a very long period with very little measurable KPIs;
2. If the project is so exceptionally good, SELL the story and raise at a premium!; GR obviously found it to be in the "too hard basket".
3. Monitize some or all other assets which does not fall in the MSGB ( if not interested to progress, or long lag time on the kenya, Aus assets? why hold on?.. get rid of it.. );
4.Pay concerted effort as to why the SP has been languishing. If only they spent more time to get behind (uncover) the machinations that has caused this SP to languish for so many years ( Limb seems to have the knowledge
), just maybe, at every instance a CR was launched they would have been able to raise at 1,2 or 3c per share more... thus minimizing dilution massively. It all adds up.
Seems like they just don't care.. SP will look after itself. Well it sure did.
Still waiting for the short term value creation that CN so often refers to in her announcement.
Listen guys, I'm happy with much that they have done and achieved to date.
Fact is..First acquisition in 2012 at 3.3c. Always continued to add more over the past 5 years.. not selling. Most recent buy on 26/9/2017 @ 6.9c. ( No matter how hard I try to continue to accumulate, I will never be able to negate the dilutory affect of the big CR's over recent times).
I hold all shares I buy and continue to buy if I think the price is right ( excepting the time when I bought a "bundle at 13.5c).
So here we are ... 6.9c and if I'm in the red, then most if not all who continued to accumulate over time, are in the red.. Makes no logical sense ...because we invest to, in the least, be in the green after 5 years.. That's not the case!! Why??. So stop buttering up/jamming management.. Majority of shareholder (including the huge stakeholders) are all in the red for a long time now)
Anyone coming on here saying they bought into FAR as a long term investment in 2012 is talking pure BS. At that time all those punters were just that.. Punters.. Only once they discovered oil, which then showed sure signs of commerciality, did those punters ( me included) morph into long term investors... Still.. How long is a piece of string.
BOD and senior management has but one responsibility .... to build and drive a company in a way that creates value for its shareholders. Sadly.. after 5 years, THEY have failed in the task.... Moot point?? yeah sure.. moot point.
