That is appalling service. Why don't they just spread out the surcharges and 'camouflage' them. I read this place you mentioned even charged $1 for Parmesan on a $25 dish. The irony is that I've read no I'll reports about their food. What a way to destroy a business, over petty charges.
I joined a site called WOMOW. Great to voice your opinion about a business. Obviously not to be used because you have a personal grudge. Just for objective criticism.
