as for directors renumeration i dont like it at all either but its VERY old news , and if some of the uk best speculative investors in both the stock mkt and realestate want to back vti to the hilt, and yes agree on the directors terms , i can only assume that something massive is on the way

afterall the uk now owns vti not the aussie investers
