watso is a bit of a slow learner - but eventually he learned how to do chicken wings..
when chicken wings are cheap - watso likes to use the wings to make a soup stock - using the pressure cooker.
mmm picked up 1.62kg for $2.50
in all fairness, there is not much meat on chicken wings - so hardly worth the effort to make them tasty.
anyway - yesterday for the very first time, watso first browned the chicken wings - and drowned them in mustard .. then transferred to the pressure cooker - and they sure were tasty .
mmm also made enough stock for a broccoli/vegie soup
(broccoli was cheap at spud shed @ 50c each - and picked up a soup mix (carrots/parsnip/celery/onion/etc) at a rtc price of about $1.50)
