    Noting that the date of the bidder's statement still seems to be 6th Nov 2018, so perhaps those statements are out of date.

    Still, none of this matters, just a side distraction. Fact is, they're valuing these franchise licences at $0 currently and @LFM is right - it's hardly an 'underserved' category.
