For the chicken coat chicken in the following and barbecue in a pan on the charcoal webber:
1 chicken cut into pieces.
Coat in the following:
2 tablespoons butter.
1 tablespoon oil.
2 teaspoons Yemeni mix spice.
Soy sauce to taste.
Wocester to taste.
Xo to taste.
Barbecue on the charcoal webber with some wet wood chips.
For the rice also barbecue in a separate pan:
3.5 cups water.
1.5 cup Basmati rice washed and soaked.
1 onion chopped.
1 tomato chopped.
1 smoked chili.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1½ teaspoons Yemeni mix spice.
1 teaspoon salt.
Rendered beef and chicken fat.
