I think Han Long will be the one ultimately to take over SDL. BUT I won't happen at 57 cents. More like 75 cents +.

I think Han Long (the chinese) is being "Too Smart" in getting Biya to drag his feet by deferring the granting of the permit in order to do a 7 month mop up and wage a war of attrition against SDL share holders.

If these Chinese (they are not as smart as you think) are really smart, they should get Biya to grant the permit with immediate effect and pay out SDL shareholders within a couple of months (like what MCC is doing).

They should strike the Iron while it's hot to overcome resistance.

Now they risk the market recovering substantially my next April-May and the 57 cents then may as well be 30 cents NOW.

Once Greece defaults resulting in clarity, we will see the MOTHER OF ALL STOCK MARKET RALLIES.

If George Jones then still supports the offer, he should be strung up on a lamp post outside the AGM (figuratively speaking of course).
