H - As far as I know Sioc-cdt have to pay their share of opex & capex - it is part of their shareholder subscription agreement. Remember that Sioc-cdt are receiving approx $70m p.a. in dividends from Kumba Iron Ore. Their shareholding in Kumba is worth close to $1b (USD) - so there is no question of their financial backing. Have a look at the charts for KIO.SJ - now that is the definition of a successful company. Kumba and Anglo did their own DD on Conti & gave the partnership their approval - more independent 3rd party validation to add to KORES, ABSA, EDFT, Total & Eskom.
