The Board of Australian Agricultural Company Limited (“AAco”) wishes to advise that Managing Director and CEO, Don Mackay, will relinquish these roles, by agreement, as of today.
The change to AAco Management was initiated by the Board in response to anticipated commercial opportunities and circumstances facing the Company.
The Board will use an external search firm to assist in the identification of a new Managing Director. In the interim, the Chairman, Nick Burton Taylor will assume the role of CEO.
