it looks like the major shareholders are on board.
I would of thought most would of been consulted to avoid a no vote and the fact that Andrew Ferguson of APAC is on the board gives that impression that it is a done deal.
If there was a major holder with clout who was not happy I would of thought us smaller holders would have been contacted by now.
That said it would not surprise me if we could round up 2 or 3 hundred million on the Hotcopper forum if ever needed.
