    Mal cheers , part of my personality is being a prick I was basicly told the same by the MD I spoke to yesterday, and he said he didnt like me taking "pot shots at him" Anyway for some reason beats me why he emailed me after our discussion and mentioned they are looking for "distressed targets" miners running low on cash and prefer to get in before the receivers tie the company up. To me MCO now fits that category of being distressed and a jv would offer a great opportunity

    The modeling of maxwells seemed correct but implimentation was amateurish and half harted.


    Fangs post on Chile is interesting the MD yesterday mentioned brazil and Chile as good areas for brownfields however TMRs recent demise is not a good omen.

    Maybe we should be mining bricks and mortar ie shifting our focus away from mining and looking at property trusts on the ASX given the high cap rates that can be realised from them now with their low capitalised values.
