Relevant questions to Ms Jennifer Joan Hutson managing director of WELLINGTON CAPITAL LTD re the 'sale' of Chifley Wollongong Hotel

I would like the following questions answered relating to the Chifley Wollongong Hotel please.

1. Did Wellington Capital Ltd instruct the auctioneer to pass the property, Wollongong Hotel in at auction in May 2009 as the highest bid of $40.5million was not acceptable to the vendors, being WCL? Correct or incorrect? I am not interested in what negotiations took place after the auction.

2. Why was the potentially price sensitive information relating to a contract being entered into approx. four weeks ago relating to the sale of Chifley Wollongong Hotel not released to the market previously.

3. How much from the total proceeds of $40.485 million relating to monies received from the protracted selling of Chifley Wollongong Hotel be returned to PIF unit holders after all associated costs have been accounted for?

4. Will the PIF receive interest on the outstanding/defaulted payments in relation to Chifley Wollongong Hotel?

5. How much of the $7.3 million received from the proceeds of settlement be returned to PIF unit holders and when?

6. Does WCL consider it acted in the best interests of PIF unit holders by not accepting $40.5 million at auction over five and a half years ago?
