Family day care frauds would be way over a $Billion now - after media articles I have read over recent years I would have thought authorities would have rooted out the worst offenders.
A quick search brings up HotCopper threads back to 2014.
On another subject -- I think Home Care packages for the aged are another monster waste of Commonwealth money but at an earlier stage in being revealed.
