Simple mathematics. African women have something like 5 children per womb. White women conned. Import Africans (not the white ones either - they have to be exterminated in the land of their birth) so that the demographic balance fits the market. 1.8 white babies per white womb, 5.5 unwhite babies per unwhite womb. Simple maths.
