I would have thought that that should well be enough to keep him locked away from the rest of us

it's not many that are like this - but, the cost of keeping them incarcarated for the rest of their lives is zip in comparision to if he kills again


whilst I am fully supportive of release if the opinion is that there is no forseeable risk -

it's bloody outragious to allow release when your opinion is 'there is some risk'

combine that with a conviction for killing - and, to me - it's a no brainer --- no release


certainly perhaps not jail (I am against jail for mental illness people) - but, a secure mental institution for life ----------- yep
