Has anyone here had the csa reassesment team sued on them by their ex's.I'm self employed and she has told them i run a large cash busuness which is crap.My income has dropped substantially because of the gfc so she is saying i'm not declaring all my income.I really don't know how to respond to this accusation as i feel the onus is on me to prove my innocence.My ex conveniently left out the fact she has just bought an investment property and will recieve rental returns but will also have outgoings as well.How would they take that into consideration?I would be interested in other peoples dealings with this special department of the csa.THANKS
