Tend to agree too. Never wanted kids nor did the wife. Best decision of my life. Travel for 3 1/2 months each year, move countries every three years. Love kids - work in education, but having them is a big commitment and one that shouldn't be taken lightly.
I'm convinced not enough people examine the reasons they want kids, they just do it maybe because it's expected or some other romanticised idea.
