If it was adult men grooming teenage girls in sports there'd be an outcry. Hold on... adult men do groom teenage girls in sports. It just that if the girls complain they don't get anywhere.
Same in show biz and modelling, the casting couch is what decides how far you get. Its why so many child stars become seriously damaged adults.
