Hey Syd, troubled to say the least.
I cannot make sense of this SP. They are about to announce yet another record sale with another record profit (Portugal)in the most amazing period to be doing deals and yet they still get hammered.
This sale yet again demonstrates the value of the BBW portfolio in a falling market.
I'm not sure how they will allocate this profit. Lets hope not another buy back, the last one is not working to well. Best they use this cash wisely, doing what they do best (developing). Short term, nothing seems to please this market now matter how profitable. Best to aim for long term value and look away from the screen.
Interesting though BNB did not send this the same way as BBI and BBP. I wonder what they have planned?
What are your thoughts? Is it all just in the name? Am I missing something?
