The scrips given to receptionists is that coys cannot control the SP - a lame cop out excuse.
Of course they can in their communication, action and delivery of milestones.
And wait I almost forgot; taking a pay cut for the benefit of the company. Think about the cumulative millions over the last 5 years that could have been pumped into the first demo project!
