    WISCO and Shougang appear only interested in contracts if ADY gets 100% ownership in ADY. The question is, what can ADY offer in return for 100% ownership? Have they got the capital (both working and equity) to offer such a deal? And if so, when is this going to happen? Per PT, this will occur before 2009. Lets just hope so.
