In the scientific community there is as much consensus as you're ever likely to get. Global warming is here, it's real and it's beyond the noise of normal fluctuations.
The fluctuations are real as well and its easy to be confused by them or to hide behind them. To illustrate, let me post a link which gives sea level changes at tide stations around Australia. If you want to you can ignore the ones which show a rising sea level and focus on the stations where sea level is falling. It can be your "LOL joke" but you will also be obscuring the total picture.
