I note today's announcement said in part '...the company is presently strongly focussed on the current
programme of expansion of the Punitaqui plant to 1,300 tonnes per day'.

The 1300 tpd expansion should have been completed in December. Unless the above is just poor drafting, it could read as saying the expansion has not yet been achieved to a consistent level.
