They have a real opportunity to signal to business that they won't do it. Encourage foreign investments and all the expertise from SQM and Chile to move 500klm down the triangle.

Bear in mind Chile was always known to be the highest risk jurisdiction. Argentina have flagged in the past they don't want to go down that route and want to be more business friendly. Time for them to double down.
