I am not sure who the 6 companies are? If/How it affects LPI/MSB? We do have CEOL on 50% of tenements, and court process we had underway for the other 50% (litio) has been withdrawn for some time now - the last I can recall from that matter was that "LPI has withdrawn its court proceeding in good faith of the government will procide CEOL to Litio tenements".
To be frank, it is not a good look for Chile (again) and it will make potential offtake partners hesitant.
Thoughts from all?
Could someone contact the company for clarification of this matter?
