Agree, doesn't look good for Li investment in Chile.. as per company announcements LPI/MSB had retracted their appeal and was in negotiations with govt unless they decided to jump back in with 6 ghost companies... whatever is happening there is very confusing and adds to the BS... i hope LPI board did enough due diligence before buying 51% of Martin Borda's holdings...
