Anyone else see this article on mining.com re: Chile's constitution being re-written?

I know full production of Costa Fuego is a few years off so the impacts of the constitution being re-written and specifically how it will influence mining and exploration will be an interesting one to watch.
I haven't done much research into it yet but would be curious to hear other peoples opinions/speculations or if anyone's asked CE for his opinion yet?
