The fact is that the market is down, the oil price is down and I would be surprised to see the SP up from here in the next week or so. Don't get me wrong I love RFE and it has been the best performer in my portfolio but I am being realistic.

Apparently there is going to be a drilling report out soon so maybe I will be wrong and we have seen it up on down days.
