Given the recent annual accounts and the expenses it disclosed with no real advancement in the company's position I can not imagine there are many investors out there prepared to support a CR to fund up AVQ to keep RM in the manner he is accoustomed to - the only way I could possibly see a CR happening or indeed being supported is if there is a positive result from the SI government for AVQ.

A good opportunity to buy? IMHO the annual report has too many red flags in terms of management and their expense/remuneration policies so personally I seriously doubt I would support a CR and many others might feel the same way - that said you always have to evaluate any opportunities in the circumstances and environment in which and when they occur.
