have a look at the top stocks forum for a run down on the Chillian mine tie up. I reckon the legal stuff is bull as the liquidator would have persued this avenue.
The market is not dumb. it would never allow a market cap like this for piss and hot air. Those in the know must be sure convinced of a major project. Every time there is weakness the strong determined buying of size comes in.
