The tall one, US Financial sector (not govt deficit or private debt etc), towering over all, is that foreign debt? i'm a bit lost.

2. what would happen to the POG if the power people propose the idea that the US govt debt could be paid for by sales of Fort Knox stocks? (assuming there are actually some bars in there)
