Yesterday they nipped in 15 minutes before the close and did the business. Unde rthe buyback rules, you cannot have a bid sitting in the market and be acting as a market maker. You must simply buy on-market at the time.

This amount they were allocated is I suspect from the February 'sweep' of the bank account. I am not sure if there will be a March sweep, but the 35M Euros coming in April from assets sales will have a good portion of it swept as well, so they will be back for more I assume.

What will be interesting would be how would they go about buying it back on market if a large sale such as DBCT took place and they had $50M to spend.
