So from this, patient UPN 487, was enrolled, had surgery, then given CLTX CAR-T. This patient never grew a tumour at the initial tumour location (left frontal lobe), but had a tumour recurrence in a distant location (left temporal lobe) 2 months later, which also expresses MMP2+, so they will now progress to dual therapy (not sure what they mean here). I'm sure the information will be clearer when we see the presentation or the poster, but from what I see, CLTX CAR-T seemed to stop tumour recurrence in the initial tumour location, but it was not able to stop recurrence in other tumour locations (not sure if the recurrent tumour in the left temporal lobe comes from the initial tumour in the left frontal lobe.)
