Below graphs demonstrate the evolution of each generation. Only after complete optimisation it was licensed by CHM. That green line looks pretty compelling and a huge improvement on the 2nd Gen. Could it have the potency to penetrate the allusive TME (tumour microenvironment). We will find out in the not too distant future.
