Who out there thinks this is a good thing? dilution in exchange for ?funding?
Dilition of buyout money....
I fear that the dream of holding a company with a small and tight registry that gets taken over for multiples of value is over.....
perhaps a 3x or 4x gain from here, with a 5-10 year wait, which means many holders are simply waiting to get back money they'd invested....
Options - those options we got as part of the capital raise are looking less valuable by the day....
Who out there thinks this is a good thing? dilution in exchange...
