I don't agree with that at all, as there are things they are working on that are known to the public which they can announce progress on e.g. CLTX basket trial IND, CLTX phase 1 trial update, such as completing 88m dosing and moving to 220m dosing which is when they expect to open up a new recruitment site to speed up enrollments)
What it does suggest is that there is nothing that they are close to closing that is not yet made known to the public (e.g. a new asset acquisition), and that this Director believes the future potential of this company is above the current market cap.
And if the CLTX phase 1 data update in Oct-Dec21 shows any efficacy/benefit and durability of those benefits at such low doses... there is a substantial re-rate on the cards. With such low shares on issue, any uptick in interest or exposure will see the market cap move sharply.
