All broker reports are paid for, not just the ones for the Hopper companies. Their sp targets are based on several estimates and already established progress and results. When sp targets are 10 x higher than the actual sp people like you always interpret this as manipulation and conflict of interests. But more often it is due to the inability of the market to put a fair value on companies. Thank God for that, otherwise people like me wouldn't be able to make a lot of $ buying gold for dirt price. If you assume the sp targets are all BS then just ignore them and come up with your own valuation, simple and easy.
Many here know you from the IMU thread, we know that you always suspect the worst regarding to Hopper, his staff as well as his financial partners.
Anyway 4$, fortunately nobody forces you to buy, you can decide yourself.
