The particular brain tumour he has is GBM (the worst of the worst in brain cancer) and to cap it off, his version is categorised as "IDH wild-type". A neoadjuvant was deployed before the surgery to cut out the tumour and between bouts of radiation he has undergone combo-immunotherapy (that which they have been using and researching at the Melanoma Institute Aust).
