Hi Stocrock, First off, thank you for your contributions here. I note you mentioned companion drugs. I have been thinking the same thing, as there is another small Australian bio company working with a drug that works through the mTor pathway. [Monepantel] That is showing promising results in achieving disease stability and possibly regression. Importantly in the case of Glioblastoma it also crosses the brain/blood barrier and has so far shown very few side effects. [it has been approved for use in the human food chain for almost 20 years] Putting a patient on Monepantel at the time of diagnosis [its in tablet form] while the CAR T treatment is being prepared seems like a promising combination.
Most likely nether company are at the stage where a partnership would achieve much, but it is an intriguing thought.
