    I dont agree.

    CHM have efficacy against a solid tumour cancer using CarT. That's huge.

    They have shown safety and disease control against GBM. Also huge. To have a treatment work across the blood brain barrier and be safe an effective is an incredible accomplishment.

    One of the approved FDA drugs for GBM received approval with only 20% response rate. And its mean survival rate is significantly less than what CHM achieved. So even a reduction in response rate over a larger cohort size, as long as safety remains the same, will still see a fast track approval pathway.

    So small cohort number or not, the results are indeed impressive.

    Lets see what the expansion trial can achieve.

    And then of course there is the rest of the pipeline which is also already hitting arms or about to hit arms.

    Last time I checked CHM wasn't a charity. So I dont understand why you should expect someone to take a pay cut to come and work for them. Without the right people these drugs wont progress. And the pipeline progressing efficiently and effectively is what determines if a drug discovery biotech succeeds or not.
