I'm expecting CHM 2101 Basket trial to kick off in the next couple of months. This is an ENORMOUS milestone, this trial has the potential to change the whole landscape. Preclinical data demonstrated complete eradication of tumor cells and no relapse of tumor cells. First in class targeting CDH17. The Basket trial addressing Gastric cancer (5th most common), colorectal cancer (3rd most common cancer) and Neuroendocrine tumors which in recent years has had a 6.5x increase.
Safety progress in ADVENT-AML trail and CHM2101.
