    Thanks for highlighting that aspect, Krushingit. Cabotamig wasn't something I wanted to go delving too deep into, but now that you have raised the scenario, it looks as though I will have to rush off and buy some Arbele shares! Only joking!!!

    There appear to be already a number of Bispecifics on the commercial market for the purpose of providing "maintenance" treatment for cancer sufferers.
