Let's carefully observe RAD. 2 maybe 3 20% holders and Hopper losing his 20% down to estimated 7%, that will definitely have board changes. What will happen to the CEO and other key figures is so far unknown. Unlikely Rebecca came in just to be thrown out by the new CHM owners if Hopper copies the RAD scenario as it looks that way.
I liked JC and now RM as well. Definitely experts in their field, glad to had / have them in charge. At RAD, miraculously, Hopper put up his sleaves and did 55 presentations together with his CEO - and, suddenly money gets thrown at RAD.
The 800m shares and the issuing by September mean he already got the guys lined up, probably even pressured by that dead line to sign. Hopper was clever by getting us ready to consider the 800m shares / 100% issue to be actually a good proposal compared to 400% at RAD. Suddenly Steini & Co can't complain about dilution anymore, just a quarter of what RAD had to accept.
All will be revealed soon, best case, we get out even or with a few crumbs, worst case, we lose it all. I have set my expectation to ZERO, can only get better from here.
