Sure ,,, chocolate Rusks ,,,, Company must be able to be communicated with ,, not my rules that's the ASX , that's why they are Publicly Listed Entities and have to adhere to the Regulations.. so having no email coms for SH to contact anyone is a breach.. I'm sure CHM can do with out a "Suspension" for not adhering to the rules Value.. Pretty simple stuff to keep a website operating with actual email addresses that don't spit back with , Server Errror... imagine any New Investors wishing to contact the Company?,,
I'm not overly concerned about the current SP , been in this game for a long while BUT if management believe they can ride rough shot above the ASX regs,,, then they pay the price like every other ASX company..
