LOL, Some people have genes for a disorder which makes them unable to handle gluten but the vast majority of humans and protohumans have been eating gluten for literally millions of years and managed to multiply into the billions despite this 'evil' gluten.
The food marketing industry will spruik anything to make people pay extra for 'special' foods. Gluten is bad, Dairy is bad. Red meat is bad. Eggs were bad now they are good (maybe, lol).
