There will be no read-out in this quarter, it has been pushed to the end of 2021.
I'm pretty sure it'll include the first cohort, but hoping they'll also update us on the second cohort too.
My read would be:
Bad outcome = trial suspended/stopped due to severe side-effects Good outcome = trial continues with no/minor safety signals i.e. no severe side-effects as a result of treatment Great outcome = trial continues with no/minor safety signals, with some efficacy signals (e.g. tumor shrinkage / no disease progression)
IMO if we get any efficacy at the lowest two dosages, it'll be a very exciting wait for the third cohort update, the highest dose and expansion phase update... with partners potentially on the sidelines ready to pounce once the phase I is complete.
