All this drama and FOMO when we know exactly what is written in the May ann re the potential CR and what is written in the EGM Notice with regard the agreement with LIND PARTNERS.

If funds are to be raised via a placement they must be issued within 3 months of the EGM which was on June 11. Seems unlikely that shares will be added to the registry unless issued today or tomorrow.

As for running out of money... there will be no such thing. The company received an advance on the large R&D tax rebate we will be entitled to and the agreement for finance via Lind has been extended PLUS there are non-dilutive ways of raising funds in the biotech space via the Govt and its umpteen organisations that offer grants to companies like CHM.



Yes, there is still time left in which CHM can announce a placement (one day and a bit) but it seems that the whole charade was merely to facilitate cost-savings in the event of a placement happening. Maybe it was more a case to allow everyone to buy at depressed prices. At what point we hear of funds being raised via grants is anyone's guess.
